Our handbags are the exact same product that you will find at your high-end department stores. Although most are perfect or almost perfect, some show signs of being handled from being on the department store floor. We have provided detailed photos and a rating system to help you determine the condition of each purse:
- Perfect: No signs of previous handling
- Almost Perfect: Small and unnoticeable marks and/or paint nicks
- Beautiful, But...: Signs of wear or marks in visible areas
- Super Loved: Definite signs of wear and/or missing parts
NOTE: Some of the handbags come with accessories, such as duster bags, extra straps, emblems, etc. However some do not. You will receive the exact handbag that has been photographed.

Because of our discounted pricing structures, handbags will sell very quickly. If a particular bag you wanted sells before you have a chance to purchase it, please email us with its description and we will contact you should that bag become available again.
RETURN POLICY: We are happy to exchange or return items for a full refund as long as the item is unused and/or in the original purchasing condition. We require an original receipt or mail order packing invoice for all returns made. A re-stocking fee may apply. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
